About Me: I am a mid-50s, happily married mother of a college student and a high school student. I graduated with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, did that for about 5-6 years, and decided that it was not the career for a person with an anxiety disorder. So I switched careers, took a paralegal course, and have been a litigation paralegal for over 20 years. It can still be stressful, but manageable (with medication – gotta have the meds.)
I am technologically-challenged, so starting this blog was a struggle. I know enough to do my job and tweet (but not tweet at work, if anyone from the firm ever reads this.)
Anyway, I would love to have your feedback, your comments, and your ideas. I hope we can learn from each other and maybe find some new ways of dealing with our anxiety. We don’t have to do this alone.
